Giornata Mondiale della Consapevolezza dell’Autismo

Il 2 aprile è la Giornata Mondiale della Consapevolezza dell’Autismo (WAAD – World Autism Awareness Day), istituita nel 2007 dall’Assemblea Generale dell’ONU per richiamare l’attenzione sui diritti delle persone con disturbi dello spettro autistico e su quelli delle loro famiglie.
«I bambini speciali sono come gli uccelli:
tutti volano in modo differente.
Tutti però, hanno lo stesso diritto di volare».
